Confidentiality is critical to the relationship; our sessions are strictly confidential.  Any subject discussed including such things as personal information, future plans, proprietary information, goals, job information, and company information will remain confidential.  The only exception is anything that is in violation of applicable laws.  In addition, the coaching relationship will not be divulged without expressed written permission from the client.
